What People's Say About Place

The empeñadas here are absolutely amazing. I would recommend this place any day of the week. The price per each empeñadas aren't the best. I would still recommend going there.

Very unique. Quality food. Fresh made. Simple, yet delicious. Diverse variety of filling choices. Absolutely loved the Malbec beef and ratatouille empanadas. Chimichurri sauce= Absolutely no complaints. Some bar seating, small dining area. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend. I would double recommend the fernet + coke cocktail. I stepped out of my comfort zone and ended up really enjoy this fernet. Almost life sized black and white photo of the food truck was such a cool design choice!

Stopped in here for a snack while exploring the neighborhood. They have a large selection of empanadas written on the menu on the wall. We tried the caramelized onion, bacon date & goat cheese, and chorizo & potato. The empanadas were decently sized for the price and were served very hot. Although they were sweeter than I was expecting, they were delicious and filling.

We drive out from the suburbs to consume these gems. They have been a blessing during Covid since they're easy to consume in the car without a mess. The chorizo egg is a family favorite of ours, but my husband loves the goat cheese & date one is. My kids also love the macaroni and cheese. They're all stamped to easily identify which is which too. If you're in Wicker Park or even Southport, this restaurant is a must try!

I ordered eight different empanadas for a surprise picnic date. They were delicious. I was just surprised they didn’t come with any sauce or anything. I’m assuming you have to order that separately?

The empanadas are great. An adult would likely need to eat 4 or 5 empanadas and that can be pricey.

We ordered few Empanadas. Quick and decent food. Ratatouille was a decent one. Mushroom thyme, chicken was good too. We also ordered the

A wide variety of flavors available! I really enjoyed the bacon, date and Goat cheese one.
